TUITION and FEES 2011/2012

REGISTRATION FEE
There will be a $100.00 (non refundable) registration fee for K-4 through 8th Grade. Please understand, Genesis has an enrollment cap of 15 students per class. Once you pay the registration fee, your child has a confirmed seat at Genesis. You are encouraged to secure your child’s seat by submitting the registration fee as soon as possible.

KINDERGARTEN
8:00 to 3:00 PM

Book Fee: $175.00 Due no later than July 1st

1st through 8th GRADE
8:00 to 3:00 PM

Book & Rental Fees: $200.00 (1st -5th) Due no later than July 1st for all Grades
Book & Rental Fees: $225.00 (6th –8th) Due no later than July 1st for all Grades

OTHER FEES (Total: $90.00)
American and Georgia Associations for Christian Schools (AACS & GACS): $30.00 Due no later than July 1st for all Grades

Activity Fee $20.00 Due no later than July 1st for all Grades

SAT Testing Fee $40.00 Due no later than July 1st for all Grades

TUITION DISCOUNTS

1st Child: Regular Tuition

2nd Child: $10.00 Discount Per Month

3rd Child: $15.00 Discount Per Month

Scholarships are available for qualifying (income-based) students

METHOD of PAYMENT
Genesis Christian School will utilize the FACTS Tuition Management Program. This program will greatly reduce the tedious work necessary in the office to process monthly checks. This program will also provide Genesis with greater financial stability and the most technologically advanced information management system. A fee of $38.00 dollars per family, per school year is necessary to set up your monthly payment plan. This fee will be deducted from your bank account through your FACTS tuition plan.

Continuation of fees
OPTIONS
1. Payment in Full to Genesis is due July 1-31, 2011 and will receive a 10% discount. This payment is made directly to Genesis Christian School. If the payment is not made on the due date, you must go into the FACTS plan.

2. Monthly payments through FACTS tuition plan.
*10-Month payment begins either August 5th or 20th and ends May 5th or 20th
*12-Month payment begins either August 5th or 20th and ends July 5th or 20th

**Please note, the 12 month program is a continuum...you will not have a breakage in tuition payments from school year to school year. In addition, a family must have a strong financial track record at Genesis Christian School to take advantage of the 12 month program. Strong financial track record correlates to a ONE time missed payment in a school year.**(this option is not available to first year students/parents).**

REFUNDS
No refunds of any kind (books, "all fees," etc.) after August 31, 2011. If a refund is due before August 31st, Genesis has 30 days to return ANY refunds.

LATE ENROLLMENTS
If any student enrolls during any portion of a quarter, they will be charged for the whole quarter. Genesis prorates by the quarter not by month. (September, October, November) (December, January, February) (March, April, May).

WITHDRAWALS
Tuition payments begin August 2011 and ends May (10 mos.) or July (12 mos.) 2012. You are contractually responsible for the entire tuition balance for the entire academic school year 2011/12. You are contractually responsible for the full payment even if you decide to withdraw your child (children) prior to completion of the year. School Records will not be forwarded and or released to any institution or parent(s) without full payment of your annual tuition contract.

BEFORE SCHOOL PROGRAM
Genesis Christian School will not open its doors until 8:00 AM. K-4 through 8th Grade students can report to school no earlier than 8:00 AM at no additional charge. This policy will be strictly enforced. If this policy is abused, your child will not be allowed to come to school under these early entrance guidelines.

AFTER SCHOOL PROGRAM
Genesis provides an after school program for K-4 through 8th grade. The fee is $50.00 per week and can only be established on a per week basis. This fee must be paid in full at the beginning of the week or services will discontinue. Any student not picked up by 5:30 PM will be charged an additional $10.00 fee by the quarter hour, with the payment due on the same day. This program will follow the regular academic school year calendar and will not experience after school programming on half days. Hours: 3:15 until 5:30 PM

BUS/VAN TRANSPORTATION
Transportation is available only among the bus route for students. The fee is $100.00 dollars per single student and $175.00 per families of multiple students. This is a monthly fee and can only be established on a weekly basis. The fee is due on the last Friday of each month. Refer to your handbook for specifics.
